I often use Cognitive Processing and Mindfulness-Based therapy in my practice (MBCT). These modalities combined are cognitive therapy techniques with mindfulness meditation to help individuals manage negative thought patterns. MBCT promotes focus, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, which can improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, low mood, chronic pain and medical illness.
